"How much?", "do you deliver to Bordeaux?", "still available?" — Ava recognizes a buying question in its real-world phrasings, typos included, and marks the conversation.
Someone comments a word you defined — "PRICE", "QUOTE", "INFO" — and Ava immediately sends them the message you prepared. Up to ten keywords per brand, each with its own reply.
On a keyword, nothing is rewritten: your text and your link go out exactly as you wrote them. A link rephrased by an AI is a broken link — and that reply uses none of your quota.
All your Instagram and Facebook private messages are covered. For comments, Ava watches those on the posts you publish from Dropapost.
Ava sets aside insults, spam and off-topic messages on her own: she flags them instead of replying. You set a maximum number of replies per day, and you switch her off whenever you want.
A counter in your menu the moment a potential customer is spotted, the list of the people concerned, and the detail of every exchange — what they wrote, what Ava replied.
She reads the message and looks for buying intent: a question about price, a quote, a lead time or availability. You can add your own instruction — for example, flag booking requests too. Matching conversations are marked and surfaced in your dashboard.
You pick a word — "PRICE", say — and the reply to send: your price list, a booking link, a promo code. As soon as a comment or a DM contains that word, Ava sends your text as is. The word is matched whatever the case and accents, but never inside another word.
For private messages, yes: your whole inbox is covered, whatever the post they came from. For comments, no — Ava watches comments on the posts you publish from Dropapost. A post published straight from the Instagram app is not monitored.
Ava checks your messages every 10 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes at night. A reply therefore goes out in under a quarter of an hour, never more.
