Article 1: Object

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Dropapost (Business number BCE: BE0500915324, Belgium) and any user (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to use the services offered on the site https://dropapost.io.

By using our services or making a purchase, the Client acknowledges having read these GTCS and accepts them without reservation.

Article 2: Description of Services

Dropapost offers an automated social media management platform including:

  • AI-assisted content generation
  • Automatic scheduling and publishing on Instagram and Facebook
  • Image generation with logo integration
  • Multi-brand management
  • Inbox and AI automatic responses
  • Strategic editorial calendar

Article 3: Pricing and Credits

3.1 - Credit System

Dropapost operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are used to access various platform features:

  • AI text generation
  • AI image generation
  • Post scheduling

3.2 - Price

Credit pack prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Dropapost reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. Price changes only apply to purchases made after the modification date.

Flexible pricing

Dropapost does not offer a subscription system. Purchased credits are valid indefinitely and are not subject to any automatic renewal.

3.3 - Validity of credits

Purchased credits are valid indefinitely. They remain available on the Client's account as long as it remains active.

Article 4: Payment Terms

Payments are made via our secure, certified payment provider Stripe.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payment is due immediately upon order. Credits are credited to the Client's account upon receipt of payment.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express agreement.

Important

By validating your credit purchase, you acknowledge that the service execution begins immediately and you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, in the event of a proven technical problem preventing the use of services, Dropapost undertakes to find a suitable solution which may include a partial or total refund.

Article 6: Liability

Dropapost undertakes to provide services diligently and according to the rules of the art. However, Dropapost cannot be held liable for:

  • Content generated by artificial intelligence and its use by the Client
  • Restrictions or modifications imposed by third-party platforms (Meta/Facebook/Instagram)
  • Service interruptions due to external causes
  • Suspension or deletion of accounts on third-party social networks

The Client remains solely responsible for the content they publish via the platform and its compliance with social media terms of use.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

The Client retains all intellectual property rights to the content they create and publish via the Dropapost platform.

Content generated by Dropapost's artificial intelligence is assigned to the Client upon generation, for unrestricted commercial or personal use.

The Dropapost brand, logo, and graphic elements remain the exclusive property of Dropapost and cannot be used without prior authorization.

By publishing content on your social networks via Dropapost, the Client grants Dropapost a non-exclusive, free and revocable license to display this content (public account handle, image, caption, publish date) on Dropapost's public pages (notably home, sign in, sign up) to illustrate the service. This license only applies to content already published and therefore public by nature. The Client may revoke it at any time by contacting [email protected].

Article 8: Disputes and Applicable Law

These GTCS are subject to Belgian law and European Union law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Article 9: Changes to Terms

Dropapost reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site.

Purchases made before the modification remain subject to the GTCS in force at the time of purchase.
